Our Society was formed in 2021 to protect and preserve lands of significant natural or recreational value within the woodlands surrounding Sproat Lake. We actively pursue these goals through an MOU with Mosaic, social media, exploring mechanisms for purchasing land, working with local government and with other Island groups to achieve needed legislation change.
